1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

    • You received a damaged or defective book.

    • You received the wrong book or edition.

    • Missing pages, printing errors, or binding issues.

  • Change of mind or dislike of content is not eligible for return.

2. Return Conditions

  • Books must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without markings.

  • The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email/invoice) must be provided.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide details of the issue along with photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged/incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the order was paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer/credit to wallet.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only if the book delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In case of unavailability of the same book, we will issue a full refund.

  • We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • E-books, digital downloads, or gift cards.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective/damaged).

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
